What if Marco Polo Plaza’s well-loved Culinary Journeys came together for one big fest?
Expect an extraordinary feast as we feature our very own talented team of culinary experts as ten of our highly skilled chefs, under the supervision of culinary guru Jessica Avila, will be whipping up their very own specialty dishes. So if you think you’ve already tasted the best Café Marco had to offer, wait till you experience the mix of Culinary Journeys, Chefs United from September 20-29.
And to make this event more special, organic ingredients will be used in this culinary journey. Local farmer Cris Mangadlaw introduced his chemical free and organic products to Marco Polo chefs at his farm in Balamban, Cebu where they got to see and even taste for themselves the kind of products they are going to use.
So watch out for a new stage at Miele Guide’s 5th best restaurant in the Philippines and grab this limited time to savor all your Culinary Journey favorites from Seafood Tom Yum Soup, Mango Wood Fired BBQ Pork Ribs, Beef Pochero ala Jessica, Ratatouille, Roast Beef, Paella, to Lengua Estofada and more!
Café Marco, where every dining experience is a celebration, offers a variety of local, Asian, and Western cuisines from its show kitchens. Haven’t tried the best buffet in town yet? Visit Café Marco.
